Maintenance of Shotcrete Sprayer:

3. Each shift should clean the sealing plate and check for wear. If the rubber plate has been worn to such an extent that the steel inserts are flush with the surface of the rubber or there is air leakage from the air holes or feed holes, the sealing plate must be replaced. At this time, the rotating liner will directly contact the steel inserts, so that the sealing plate can not be fully pretightened to obtain an effective seal, and it will lose air tightness.

Operation Method of Shotcrete Sprayer:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
