Desander
Structure of Desander:
This desander is mainly composed of box body, box lining board, disc, drive shaft, speed regulating motor, motor seat, chain sprocket, bracket and so on.
1. Screen box: made of different thickness of Q345 steel plate welding, with a certain strength and stiffness, is the main part of the screen machine.
2. Lining plate: wear resistant manganese plate, with reinforced bolt connection, easy to replace.
3. Disc: using thickened high manganese material, strong and wear-resistant.
4. Speed regulating motor: see the use and maintenance method of vibration motor manual.
5. Motor base: motor installation, connection screws must be tightened before use, especially three days before the trial of the new sieve machine, must be repeatedly tightened, so as not to loosen the accident.
6. Drive: wear resistant double sprocket chain drive, high transmission efficiency, stable operation, durable.
7. Support: composed of square steel and channel steel, supporting the screen box, the installation of the pillar must be vertical with the ground, the channel below the two pillars should be parallel to each other.
