Working principle of Hydraulic Alligator Cutting Waste Steel Scrap Shear Machine:
Scrap metal shearing machine is composed of shearing cylinder, shearing knife, slider pressing knife, lower knife seat, pressing cylinder, etc. During the cutting operation, the hydraulic pump station (power output source) supplies oil to the pressing cylinder Let the slider pressing knife slide to the lower knife seat to complete the fixed and compaction of the material, and then the hydraulic pump stands to supply oil to the cutting cylinder to make the cutting knife go down to complete the cutting step. After the shearing is completed, the hydraulic pump stands at the shearing cylinder and the pressing cylinder to drive the hydraulic oil back to complete the return stroke.
