Preparations before startup of Mobile Concrete Grouting Machine:
Structural pump in the first use and long-term shelving or re-installation, before starting must carry out the following preparations:
1. Check whether the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil in the oil tank, grease or cutting fluid in the water tank are sufficient.
2. Check whether the slurry pipeline is smooth, without too much bending or right Angle, and tighten the hose joint with a hose clamp to ensure that the pipeline is smooth and sealed without air leakage.
3. Check whether the moving parts and parts are loose or stuck.
4. Check whether the fasteners are loose and whether the connecting parts of the transmission parts are tightened.
5. Check whether the pressure gauge is in good condition, whether the dial and pointer are abnormal, and whether the displayed value is accurate.
6. Check whether all parts of the circuit are correctly connected, whether there is loosening, leakage, wrong connection and other phenomena, and whether the wiring is in accordance with the relevant regulations of safe electricity use. Whether reliable grounding protection is provided.

Working process of Mobile Concrete Grouting Machine:
