Formal grouting operation of Cement Pressure Grouting Pump:
1. Open the grouting valve of the mixer and inject water for 1 minute.
2. If everything is normal, the two suction pipes should be quickly put into the slurry pool to carry out normal grouting operations.
3. After each grouting, if the grouting is not continued, the two suction pipes should be immediately transferred to the clear water tank to clean the remaining slurry in the pump, so as to prevent the slurry solidification caused by a long time and increase unnecessary trouble.
Special tip: after use should be cleaned in time, otherwise it will cause equipment damage!!
4. After the cylinder and the inlet and outlet slurry valve body are cleaned, the suction pipe should be taken out of the water, continue to start the machine, drain the residual slurry in the cylinder and inlet and outlet slurry valve body, and then cut off the power supply.
