Start working of Screw Mortar Grout Machine:
The operator can start the grouting pump only after checking and preparing before starting.
1. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator will light up and display the power supply voltage value. The power supply voltage should be normal. If not, check the balance between the incoming voltage and phase voltage;
2. "grouting" button, and check the direction of rotation of the motor is correct, the conveying screw should be pushing forward, swing and pressurization of the stator assembly direction and equipment identified in the same direction, such as contrary to the requirements, you should stop changing the power cord any two phase sequence, (every change of a power supply or rewiring of all needs to make the inspection), Ensure that the motor rotates in the direction of the arrow indicated by the hopper end;
3. After starting the "grouting" button, the power is switched on, and the conveying screw should push the material forward. Check whether the work of the slurry pump is abnormal according to the amount of slurry. If normal, formal operation can be carried out according to the requirements of grouting;
4. In the process of grouting, press the "stop" button when the design pressure is reached to achieve grouting pressure preservation.
Warning: the direction of motor operation must be consistent with the direction shown by the arrow of hopper cover, otherwise the equipment cannot run normally!!
5. The supporting pipes shall be connected correctly, the display of each instrument shall be normal, and the safety protection device shall be sensitive and reliable.
